Job description

As a key member of our International Team, you will:

• Coordinate claim surveys for clients in collaboration with our global network of seasoned surveyors.
• Organize and oversee joint surveys to ensure accuracy and thoroughness.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to keep them informed of survey developments.
• Report investigation findings to clients, detailing the cause and nature of any damages.
• Adapt to the fast-paced world of fresh produce by multitasking and managing multiple ongoing cases.
• Work independently on tasks but remain part of a supportive and flexible team ready to assist whenever needed.

What do you need to succeed?

• Language skills: English is a must in our international setting, with Spanish preferred. French, German, Dutch, or other languages are an asset.
• Proficiency in Windows and Office applications.
• A curious mindset and eager to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a natural sense of structure.
• Confidence to pick up the phone and engage with stakeholders.
• Can-do attitude.
• Being a flexible go-getter.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven academic record (Bachelor-Master) or relevant experience.
• Starters welcome; learning continues beyond school.
• Knowledge of bio/technical/agricultural practices to fast-track progress.
• Experience in international shipping is beneficial.
• Background as (Fruit) Quality Controller/Manager or Surveyor is an advantage.
• Someone who values short international trips.
