Freelance Technical Loss Adjuster

TOP Expertise, part of DP Survey Group, is looking for a Freelance Loss Adjuster.
This freelance role as a loss adjuster for legal support cases is particularly suited to (former) project managers,
operations managers, experienced installers, or seasoned loss assessors.

It is ideal for technical professionals with extensive experience in building services engineering
who can apply their expertise to assess defects and complaints effectively.
You are confident in your field and know your subject matter inside out.

What will you do?

• Conduct technical inspections and prepare expert reports
• Investigate causes of damage and assess liability
• Evaluate defects based on applicable standards and guidelines
• Assess and quantify the extent of damage
• Provide technical advice and evaluations
• Estimate costs for repair and restoration work

What do you bring?

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A good sense of empathy
• The ability to work independently
• Excellent command of Dutch, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
