Customer questions, complaints and comments
We offer our customers the possibility to submit any questions, complaints or comments with regard to DPS’ services via our GDPR email address: privacy@dpsurveys.com. The following data may be collected and processed:

- Last name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Message content
The processing is exclusively for handling your question, complaint or comment. Your data will be stored for as long as needed to treat your request, and will be deleted within 1 month afterwards. In exceptional circumstances, and only for complaints, the data may be archived for 5 years.
Your data may be disclosed to another affiliate of DPS for the purpose of further investigation of your question or complaint. You can find our affiliates on our corporate website (www.dpsurveys.com). For transfers to affiliates outside the EEA, we provide appropriate safeguards. This processing is based on our legitimate interest to improve our services.
Job application form
The following data may be collected, stored and processed via a candidate’s application by letter or email:
- Address
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Message content
- CV and motivation letter
The requested personal information is used for the purposes of our recruitment process only. Your data will be deleted after closure of the relevant recruitment process. If we want to add your personal data to our recruitment database, we will contact you to obtain your consent. In case your application results in a job with DPS, your information will be stored as further specified in your employment contract.
Your data can be transferred to an assessment center when this is relevant. In that case, DPS will provide appropriate safeguards through the assessment center. This processing is based on our legitimate interest to recruit new people.
Newsletter
If there is an option to subscribe to our newsletter to receive communications about events, seminars, topic-sharing, etc., and provided you have given us free, explicit and informed consent, we collect, store and process your name and e-mail address.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by sending an email to: privacy@dpsurveys.com. In that case we will delete your personal data within 2 weeks.
If we rely on a third-party provider to send newsletters, your data will be transferred to them only for the purpose of sending such newsletters.
Commercial relationship management
Within the framework of our commercial activities, and more specifically related to the management of our (potential and actual) clients and (potential and actual) suppliers, it is possible that we receive or collect personal data.
The processing of the data is exclusively for managing our business relationships and is based on our legitimate interest. We will always take your privacy rights into account.
Your data will be stored for 10 years after the end of our business relationship and will be subject to continuous monitoring.
